works great - but scared one of my kittens
pros: works great, easy cleanup, only have to change couple times a months. Cons: scared kitten stopped using this and had to switch over to non automatic litter box. five stars - it woks as described!

Works but has a few drawbacks
I purchased this item for my three cats. If you only have one cat, this is the best thing ever invented! My three really put it to the test.
Pros: Cleans as describes. Low odor.
Cons: Rake rusted due to kitty pee, refills are very expensive (however, you can purchase a heavy duty plastic litter tray on the internet and buy your own crystal litter), does not handle more than one kitty well.
