Cat's don't walk down the ramp, they jump out of the box. Litter scatters all over floor. Waste got under liners so I stopped using--which made it a hassle to scoop the liter. Don't bother. The regular litter boxes are better.

Works like advertised but doesn't stop the problem of my cats who pee high up on the box. Also poop clings to the side if they get it high. Really difficult to wash. God back to the old boxes.

I have had this system for about six months. At first it worked good but now not so much. My cat goes to up on the toilet and gets ready to do her stuff and then goes on the floor and then gets back up on the toilet to scratch. So it was over priced and now I have to go buy another darn litter box.

I purchased this item for my three cats. If you only have one cat, this is the best thing ever invented! My three really put it to the test. Pros: Cleans as describes. Low odor. Cons: Rake rusted due to kitty pee, refills are very expensive (however, you can purchase a heavy duty plastic litter tray on the internet and buy your own crystal litter), does not handle more than one kitty well.

I was advised this was the 'cat's meow' and it probably is- if you have small cats. My two are full figured - not fat just 'big' mind you....and they reacted as if I had lost my mind asking them to use this. Unlike the above review mine used the lid but the hole was 'unecessary'. The lid came off and still this is not the favorite. It prevents leaking and mess but so does a deep rubber tub from the local discount store.

Product works as described but w/in 1 month the screen had cracked at the fold. W/in 4 months two of the lid latches had snapped off making the box useless. Good design, poor quality.

just got my new liter box and I love it , no one knows what it hides, so easy to put together very sturdy and great looking. If you live in a small place and can not stand the look of a litter box , invest you will not regreat it

NO MORE LEAKING EVER!!! SO MUCH easier to clean. The top is the small piece, so that when you remove it it doesn't take up as much space. I have three cats and they all adopted this litter box immediately. Two of them even squat on the edge (like on a toilet) and then enter to bury. Bags can be hard to find but large green garbage bags fit inside and are much cheaper.

I've had mine for several years now & just like the other person reported, it works great! I have 7 cats & 2 dogs & it's a God sent. I have tried 2 other brands that rakes thru the litter & as u can see I've chosen this one. It may cost more but the warrenty is longer than any electric litter box & works the greatest. I have paid over 200.00 or close for the others having them to break down after their warrenty ran out. Also the mess of cleaning the rakes was such a hassle. I am able to use regualr trash bags along w/ NO MESS to clean up . Washing it, is very easy. I would recommend this 2 ANYONE w/ cats & does keep the dogs out.

I have two cats one was an older cat that I had adopted and the other a 10 week old kitten. It took a bit of getting used to for the older cat but once that happened the 3 of us have been in litter box heaven. People that come to my home tell me that they can not tell that I have cats. There is no perfume smell the urine and stool are keep separate which prevents the terrible smells that come from other litter boxes. My only problem is that it seems to be getting a little more difficult to find stores that carry the replacement litter and pads. Target and Walmart no longer carry them. The only two places left that I have found are petsmart and weiss grocery store.
